1. Cancelling Your Order (Before Delivery)

If you change your mind before your order has been shipped or delivered, here is how it works:

  • How to Cancel: Log into your account and select the cancellation option.
  • Approval: We will notify you via email or text message once your cancellation request is approved or disapproved.
  • No Undo Button: Once a cancellation is requested, it cannot be reversed. You’ll need to re-order the items.
  • In-Transit Cancellations: If the order is already on its way to you when you cancel, we will process your refund only after the package returns to our warehouse and is verified.
  • Bundle & Discount Offers: If you bought items as part of a "Buy 1 Get 1" or a special cart offer, cancelling one item will automatically cancel all items in that offer. However, if one item from that offer has already been delivered, the remaining items cannot be cancelled.

2. Returning an Item (After Delivery)

We offer an Easy 07-Day Return Policy. If you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return individual items or the whole order within 07 days of delivery.

  • One Request Only: You can only raise one return request per order. Please make sure you select all the items you wish to return at the same time.
  • Guest Checkout: If you bought as a guest, simply create an account using the same email or phone number you used for your order. Your order history will appear there, and you can start your return.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, seals, and barcodes intact. Don’t forget to include any freebies or accessories that came with the product.
  • Safe Packaging: It is your responsibility to pack the return securely. If you hand over the wrong product to our courier partner, we cannot be held responsible for its loss or damage.
  • Address Consistency: The return pickup address must be the same as the original delivery address.
  • Pickup Timeline: Our couriers usually pick up returns within 2-5 business days. While we aim for speed, please understand that logistics delays can occasionally happen.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To ensure a smooth refund process for damaged or missing items, we strongly recommend filming a short unboxing video when you first open your package. (This is the best way to prevent fraudulent claims).
  • Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, certain products (like masks or innerwears) are non-returnable.

3. Refund Details

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will trigger your refund.

  • Online Payments (Cards/Net Banking): The refund goes back to your original payment method within 24–48 business hours of us receiving the item. It may take another 2–3 business days for your bank to show the amount in your statement.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We will ask you to email us your bank details. We will initiate a bank transfer within 24–48 business hours of receiving both the product and your details.
  • Coupons & Vouchers: Discount vouchers are for one-time use. If you cancel or return an order where a voucher was used, that voucher is considered "used" and cannot be restored or refunded.

4. What Cannot Be Returned?

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or alteration.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse.
  • The original tags, packaging, or freebies are missing.
  • The serial number or barcode has been tampered with.
  • The 07-day return window has expired.
  • The item was a "Free Product" provided by the brand.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We put every order through a strict quality check, but mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

1.    Report it immediately via the ‘My Account’ section.

2.    We will pick up the item within 2-5 business days.

3.    Note: Replacement is only possible if the same product and same size is available in stock.

4.    We will issue a full refund once we verify the item at our warehouse.

6. Product Exchanges

If you love your purchase but need a different size or colour, we’ve got you covered with our easy exchange process.

  • 07-Day Window: You can request an exchange within 07 days of delivery
  • The "Same Item" Rule: Exchanges are only applicable for a different size or colour of the exact same product you originally ordered. If you want a completely different product, you’ll need to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
  • Quality First: Just like returns, the item you are exchanging must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The Swap Process: Our courier will pick up your item within 2-5 business days. Once it reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will ship out your new size or colour immediately.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size or colour you want is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund for you instead.
  • One-Time Exchange: To keep things fair and efficient, we offer one free exchange per order.
